Cancellation and refund policy Refunds will be made for cancellations received no later than the 20th of May 2010. Cancellations after this deadline will result in a refund deduction of35% . If the camp is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances you receive a full refund; however, the organizer is not responsible for any cost, expenses or charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Insurance Each participant must carry individual insurance to cover medical costs in the case of medical emergency or injury. The organizer does not provide medical insurance for the campers. Family medical insurance must be used in the event of any illness or injury requiring treatment, hospitalization, and/or surgery. Special physical or medical conditions • Use the USFA Medical History Questionnaire attached to list all medical or physical conditions which may impair full participation in a demanding physical program. • Sign Almeria International Fencing Camp waiver of liability and consent for medical treatment.
